Well - it IS a beautiful part of the state...perhaps one of the most beautiful. I remember going there when I was younger with my parents. I believe New Hope is there, Doylestown (sp?) among other places. Very very beautiful.... Lots of "colonial" type stuff. If it's true...he picked a good spot.

Yeah I heard that rumor too.... What's gonna happen to the 5150 studio? You'd think he'd just have his girlfriend move in with him.... It would make this easier for everyone!!!! But it's just another rumor, you know how these things are.

I wonder if Valerie's gonna move back to California for Wolfgang. I read somewhere she asked Wolfie if he wanted to move to Salt Lake City with her when her and Ed got divorced and he didn't wanna.

Hey, I recently was in a music store George's Music Store in Feasterville, PA Shopping for my 10 year old son's first guitar. I was talking to the sales guy about music and I mentioned EVH. He said matter of factly that he lived in Holland, PA which is Bucks County. Now I happen to live in Holland and I haven't heard this. Other than of course this post.

Does anyone have any confirmation on this info?

First off, why are we reviving a thread going on 8 months old. Second. Are you sure they weren't saying he was BORN in Holland, which I believe he was. Nijmegen or something like that....which is in Hollland way over in the Netherlands.

which is in Hollland way over in the Netherlands.

yes, Eddie was born in Holland. If we say Holland, it is the same as The Netherlands, Holland is not IN The Netherlands, it is just another name for the same beautiful country. However, their are two provinces in The Netherlands that are called North Holland and South Holland.

just wanted to make that clear, since many people make that mistake.

Okay!!!!!!

Let me clarify some points

A. The guy at the store ment Holland, PA, Bucks County not Holland the Country. I asked him to clarify.

It went like this....

The guy said "yeah I heard he lived over in Holland" I said "Holland, as the country" He said "no, Holland" (as in two towns over from where we were standing), I said I actually live in Holland but have not heard about that. He said "yeah, a customer of his showed him a pick guard signed by EVH."

B. Who gives a F**k how old the post is, isn't this about EVH stuff any way.

C. It made sense to me to follow the thread because it was the only relevant post regarding the topics EVH, Girlfriend and Bucks County, PA that I could find, so why not keep it together. I was also hoping the generators of the posts on the topic would chime in.

It's all good!

******I speculate that his Girfriend is the one who actually lives here permanently and he spends time here.******

If I find out, I'll let you guys know.

Cheers!

Well, I'll clarify, and most people will back me up. Very rarely will I apologize for anything that I say, cause I usually mean it, and people usually know WHY I say it and mean it. But I guess this is the exception. In most cases where someone ''revives' a thread that's like 2 years old, it's because they're a spammer...and they're out to make a quick fifty posts in any thread they can....so that they can get what they THINK is access to all the bootlegs and stuff (which is POSTED as needing 50, but you still have to be approved by Ben). That's why I said what I said....if on the rare occasion it happens that someone revives a 2 year old thread that ISN'T a spammer (as is apparently your case) then I'll admit to having misspoke and welcome you to the board with the rest of the gang.

Not quite....to be honest, I was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania (Harborcreek, 16511, to be exact). And a retraction, when I'm WRONG, is nothing difficult to me...it just doesnt happen very oftenn so people think its tough on me.

I understand your original point and a good one I suspect.

I lived in Smyrna & Marietta, GA for 4 years. Hows the weather down there?
