for those interested in a wet/dry/wet guitar rig

I finally got some decent soundboard recordings of my band. I run a wet/dry/wet guitar rig very similiar to what EVH used back on the previous tours with Hagar. I wish the soundman would have put a little more "dry" in the mix, but it sound nice anyway. There is a whole slew of tunes for you to wet your whistle with...all the MP3's are wet/dry/wet electric guitar sound. All me. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ylsuper.gif Enjoy.

what do you call wet dry wet?

Wet meaning distorted with FX and dry meaning nothing but clean guitar signal... like straight from a DI box?

Or wet meaning distorted with FX and dry distorted with no effects?

Wet/dry/wet is simply a three stage rig. You'll need 3 speakers or speaker cabinets to accomplish it. The left speaker is stereo left, the middle speaker is dry guitar amp, and the right speaker would be stereo right.

I know where Buffalo Grove is, just got me an EVH MXR Phase 90 from the Sam Ash out there. You can hear it in the jessie's Girl solo. They rock.

umbelievably versatile and sweet...though my cab is a Peavey XXL cab...nice but kinda cheap....jsx cab to be release summer...then i think im done....i find the wolfgang extremely versatile too /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ylsuper.gif
