New EVH Straps

Despite they're $35 MSLP, I've recently seen them pop up on eBay for $200+.

Does anyone know when these will be available for sale in stores and online at the $35 price?

I think the 200 dollar models are the ones that were put out by Peavey for a very short time to go along with the wolfgang. I'm sure the moderately priced ones will be out soon.

there are scammers on ebay that will attempt to sell the new ones priced as the old ones. Planet Waves Joe Satriani picks were being sold at $4.99 ea when they go for $4 a dozen..so watch out

I cant believe anyone in their right mind would pay the prices I've seen those things go for.

It's a nice strap and I will probably grab one but my 9 dollar shure lock will hold me over till the real retail outlets get them at MSRP.

WOW! Didn't notice that they were hawking the new ones already! That one in your link is sitting at over 200 bones with more than 17 hours to go!

After alot of time searching the web, I finally found a dealer that was accepting orders for the new EVH straps at $35!

The straps are on "backorder" but are due in on 2/29.
I just placed my order for 2, and will probably order more if I really like them.

You can't go wrong with Elderly instruments. They're a great store with good people. Used to be the largest stringed instrument shop in North America. If anyone likes PRS's, they have some outstanding ones!
